Twitch TV Live Stream Performance with Megaran!
Continuing with super announcements this week, we’ll be performing on twitch.tv as part of Bloops and Bleeps at Ocean Beach studios in San Francisco. If you’re in the area, come hang out at the place. Doors open at 4pm and the show goes live at 5! We’re first! There will also be an interview with both acts and some QnA so if you stop by the chatroom be sure to ask us some questions.

So RAW Artist Showcase is having their 2012 artists of the year awards and all of you and everyone you know needs to vote for Slime Girls in the music category. ——- !SLIME GIRLS WRAP UP AND NEWS! ———
So this has been a pretty amazing week!
Things started off sorta rocky with a less than stellar show for the San Jose RAW Artist showcase, plagued with various problems, but we ended up rocking it when all was said and done!
However, the Sunday show at the DNA Lounge was our best show yet! We got to rock with Crashfaster, DJ Mr Smith, Tracer, Zen Albatross, minusbaby, trash80 and Matthew Joseph Payne! All of whom are fantastically awesome and all around cool bros and lady-bros! Tremendous thanks to everyone that came out to the show! Also big thanks to Dean Putney for doing some awesome quality-babe visuals for us!
This past Tuesday we played another awesome show at Homestead lanes with pretty much exactly the same lineup! Minus Zen and trash80 and Matt Payne. We got to play with the wonderful Cello Densetsu at her first(?) show!
Again, HUGE thanks to everyone in all the bands we got to play with and everyone that came to the show and talked to us! You’re all awesome!

Anyone that came to the shows has already seen some of our newer merchandise that you can see up there, as well as the cool exclusive merch we had at the shows! We’re very excited to have our first run (only 72 for this colorway!) of Slime Girls shirts designed by the lovely Cassandra Freire! (follow her on tumblr at ferretparty.tumblr.com !) along with some amazing stickers she also designed for us.
On the same note, if you were thinking about buying a Vacation Wasteland print you should probably get on that as we’re running sorta low and I doubt Ill be making re-prints of them! But plans are already underway for the next set of cool prints.
Also, as many of you are probably wondering, we’re still looking into bringing back the cassettes. It’s really an issue of finding a good place to get them duplicated and made. If anyone has any suggestions, shoot them our way! I would LOVE to get on that.

I tabled for Slime Girls yesterday at the DNA Lounge. It was a really fun/great show! Lots of great artists played!

Think that’s the last Slime Girls show I’ll be tabling at for now… (IDK WHAT HE’S GONNA DO WITHOUT ME heh heh heh). Hopefully I can make it up to the 29th for his show with the glowing stars. But, yeah, come party & gangnam style to chiptune!

This is “Watermelon Party”, honorable grandfather of such jams as “Cutie Cake”, “Whatcha Doin’”, and “Burger Date”!
This is a preview track for my album “Bug Spray”, coming July 20th, 2012! This is only one of many jams, but the only one about watermelons and featuring kazoos.
It’s a song about watermelons, parties, and how much you wanna smooch the cutie next to you with watermelon juice all over their face.

Mega Crush - “Totchii Mint Vs. The World”
So, I went to homeroom today, for the art show since a few of my friends were in it, and helped out with it. One of my friend’s, his band also was asked to play, and he played my “theme song” during sound check. THIS IS THAT SONG.
It was kinda surreal. Like, there was a bunch of people there, & you’re just standing there, and then you hear the song come on, and no one else knows, but YOU KNOW it’s “your song”. It’s kinda weird, but kinda cool too, just to know there’s a song out there made for you.
All my chiptune friends should make a song for me, so when I go to your shows & you play it I’ll feel special. Haha.
